what a waste
normally, daylight savings is a nice little autumn treat. it's an extra hour to look forward to, anticipated all evening the night before.  "i really should go to bed," i remember telling myself.  "ah, what the heck.  it's not midnight, it's only 11!"

when you have a 4 month old kid, though, it's like having an alarm clock that can't be set.  her routine is to wake around 6:45 in the morning, and she does this without any outside influence.  i wish i could find that little daylight savings button behind her ear, though, because i just know that 6:45 - i mean 5:45 - is going to come awfully early tomorrow morning.
