during the college years, i had a roomate named ryan; and, though we look nothing alike, everyone thought that we were brothers - twin brothers.  you can imagine our confusion.

it seems that ryan and i again find ourselves in a similar stretch of life: about to have our first kid, both little girls. plus, we're both "bloggers." 

the difference, simply, is that his blog is better than mine.
